Sea City, Southampton

In April 2011 Techrete completed the cladding of the new Sea City Visitor Attraction. The project, commenced in October 2011 by Kier Southern, transforms the Grade II Old Magistrates Court building into a new visitor attraction opening in time to commenmorate the 100th anniversary of the Titanic disaster of April 15th 1912. Panels are erected at an angle to give the impression of a ship. The centre is expected to attract 150,000 visitors per year.
