Head of Project Delivery - UK

Techrete is a leading provider of architectural precast concrete cladding to the Irish & UK construction markets. The company offers a complete precast solution providing services ranging from design through manufacture to erection. Techrete has a reputation for innovative engineering and a commitment to reinvesting in its production process with two of the most modern production facilities in Europe situated in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin and Brigg, North Lincolnshire. As part of its ongoing development, the company now wishes to strengthen its existing management team with the appointment of a Head of Project Delivery, to be based in our Leicester office.

The Opportunity
Based at our Leicester office and reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the company’s construction and project management functions in the UK. This will include relationship management of contractors, clients and architects. Your management style will inspire your team to outperform their targets whilst implementing a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The Individual
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity that requires a commercially intuitive construction manager, with proven team leadership and business management skills and a track record of complex, multi-project delivery. You will possess a relevant third level qualification, ideally to honours standard, along with highly developed coaching and communication skills. You must have at least ten years experience in the construction industry working with a Main Contractor, or ideally with a Specialist Subcontractor involving design, manufacture and construction. Experience of precast concrete cladding would be a distinct advantage.
